Good Life & Good Eats in Derby City
Catering in Louisville, Kentucky
Rosemary’s Catering’s new home at the Kentucky Derby Museum provides the perfect location to experience our inviting food and innovative menus surrounded by the history of the ‘Run for the Roses,’ the Kentucky Derby. Louisville combines horses, bourbon and southern charm into one fantastic city; it’s historic and unique features make it the perfect destination for global visitors and events of all kind.
Rosemary’s Catering recently partnered with The Kentucky Derby Museum to provide year-round private event catering services and operate an on-site café for museum guests, and we began our initial five-year ride in Louisville in Jan. 2019.
Our Louisville team is led by experienced culinary and hospitality service managers, who know how to deliver the great flavors, event service and experience Rosemary’s Catering has become known for. No event is too big or too intimate for General Manager TJ Mueller and Executive Chef John Heidelmeier, who bring decades of experience managing fine steakhouses and event catering kitchens.
The new Derby Cafe Express features a rotating lunch menu and a full bar available during business hours featuring more than fifty varieties of bourbon, remaining a destination on the popular Urban Bourbon Trail.
Louisville catering Venues
Rosemary’s Catering expanded to serve the growing College Station/Bryan metro area in 2016, home to the main campus of Texas A&M University and the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, and the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center. Today our team serves the region’s event catering needs while also doing a great job supporting our hospitality industry partners at The Valencia group, delivering a trifecta of food, beverage and operational excellence that complements their luxury guest accommodations and service.
In addition to event catering, we support the properties’ holistic culinary programs, including fine dining at the Poppy restaurant and craft cocktails at the 1791 bar, among others.
